Craig A. "Tony" Plattner, CO, FAAOP

Tony Plattner

Tony Plattner is the owner of the company serving as the President and the Director of Orthotic Services. He is an ABC Certified Orthotist and a State of Illinois Licensed Orthotist. Tony is a graduate of Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center. He received his certification in Orthotics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1978.
Tony has achieved the distinction of Fellow of the Academy, (FAAOP), given by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthotists. His professional interests include Adult and Pediatric Orthotics with special interest in Spina-Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis and Adult Rehabilitation. Tony is married to Barbara who also works with him in the management of the company. He has two sons, Jared and Blake, both currently working at Plattner Orthopedic on the technical staff.



Todd E. McAllister, CP, FAAOP

Todd McAllister

Todd is an ABC Certified Prosthetist and Director of Prosthetic Services. Todd is a State of Illinois Licensed Prosthetist. He holds a BS degree from Illinois State University. Todd is a graduate of Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center, receiving his certification in Prosthetics in 1993.
Todd has achieved the distinction of Fellow of the Academy, (FAAOP), given by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthotists. He has special clinical interests in adult upper and lower extremity prosthetics. He is well versed in the latest prosthetic technologies and modalities to enhance long term patient care. Todd is married to Suzie and has two sons, Ben and Alex.




Dennis W. Dillard, MA, C.Ped, RTO

Plattner Pedorthic Services Dennis Dillard

Dennis is a ABC Certified Pedorthist and is the Clinical Director of Plattner Pedorthic Services. Dennis is a State of Illinois Licensed Pedorthist. He is also an ABC Registered Technician in Orthotics. He is involved in direct patient care and education for diabetic and arthritic foot care management. Dennis received his Pedorthic training at Oklahoma State University. He holds a BS degree from Liberty University and a MA degree from Western Illinois University.
Dennis is a member of the Pedorthic Exam Developement Team and the Pedorthic Facility Accreditation Subcommittee of the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Pedorthic Footwear Foundation. He also holds a current Illinois State Teaching Certificate. Dennis is married to Crista and has three daughters, Mary, Rachel, and Sarah, and a son, Jordan.

Darren R. Albaugh, CO, RTO

Darren Albaugh

Darren is an ABC Certified Orthotist and a State of Illinois Licensed Orthotist. He is also an ABC Registered Technician in Orthotics. He has been providing orthotic care for the past 12 years with a special interest in pediatric orthotics with an emphasis in cerebral palsy. He travels throughout our service area to provide services to patients in local community hospitals, nursing care facilities, and out-patient rehabilitation facilities including Easter Seals. He is also available to schedule special home visits for those who find it difficult to travel. Darren is married to Lisa and has two sons, Coleman and Campbell.



Nickolas C. Perrow, CPO

Nick Perrow

Nick is an ABC Certified Orthotist and an ABC Certified Prosthetist. He is a State of Illinois Licensed Orthotist and Prosthetist. He holds a BS degree from University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Newington Children's Hospital O&P program. He has been providing prosthetic and orthotic care for over 8 years. He not only sees patients locally in our Peoria office and nearby hospitals, he travels throughout our south-west territory including Galesburg, Canton, Macomb, Pekin, and Hopedale to see patients in need of our services. He is also available to schedule special home visits for those who find travaling difficult. Nick is married to Betsy and they have one daughter, Alexa.



Karen H. Cieslak, CP, LO, FAAOP

Karen Cieslak

Karen is an ABC Certified Prosthetist. She is also State of Illinois Licensed Orthotist and Prosthetist. In addition to her prosthetic expertise, she is also an expert in orthotic management of complex foot and ankle conditions. Karen has been providing care for her patients for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center. She received her certification in Prosthetics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1988. Karen has achieved the distinction of Fellow of the Academy, (FAAOP), given by the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthotists.



Robin M McRae, ABC Board Eligable Prosthetist

Robin McRae

Robin is an ABC Board-Eligible Prosthetist. She is a graduate of Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center. She has been in the field for 4 years, first as a prosthetic technician, and now as a prosthetist. Her professional goals are to provide quality care to upper and lower extremity amputees of all ages. Additionally, Robin has earned her Bachlors' Degree from Bemidji State University and Masters' Degree from University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Exercise Science and Sports Management. This well rounded education has given her a special interest in working with atheletes with limb loss.
