If you find that you have any questions or problems about your Orthosis, please call us, and we will be able to assist you. If you should need repairs or adjustments at any time, you must call us for an appointment, please.

We are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

If you should need to speak to someone over the weekend or after hours, you may call our main office at 309-682-1382 and speak to our ansering service. One of our professional staff will be on call. Leave your name, number, and concern with the answering exchange operator, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Even though your orthosis is constructed of the highest quality materials available to the industry, a problem or situation may develop for which you need assistance. If this happens, contact your Orthotist as soon as possible to have the repairs made.
